[Mac's]
(Mac follows Georgie questioning
her about Maxie's whereabouts)
Mac: I'm out all night on a stakeout...
Georgie: Did you catch the guy?
Mac: And I come home to find out your sister's
been gone all night too?
Georgie: Look, Maxie and Michelle were
going to listen to some music. Maybe they just crashed
Mac: Or maybe Maxie's in trouble
Georgie: Maxie spaces out. Forgets to check
in (goes to the couch and sits down)
(Mac follows and sits on a table across from her)
Mac: This is serious Georgie, Michelle's
mom hasn't seen your sister...I checked. Maxie could be stuck somewhere
or hurt.
Georgie: Maxie's fine. I know it.
Mac: I need to be sure, ok? Felicia's trusting
me to take care of you kids.
Georgie: And you're doing a great job,
really.
Mac: I'm not doing a good job at the moment.
Tell me where Maxie is and who she's with.
[Quartermaine
Mansion]
(Dillon's on the Port Charles High School website on his laptop and
he clicks the "homework" link and it downloads a file called
"Maximum Maxie" and it's the video of Kyle and Maxie doing
it and Dillon sees)
[Mac's]
(Maxie sneaks in while Georgie's still covering for her)
Georgie: Personally I hate the whole summer
party thing, so maybe I got it wrong.
Mac: I hear you, Maxie.
Maxie: Don't be mad.
Mac: Where have you been?
Maxie: There was a party. You know the
last ones before the seniors graduate?
Mac: That's no excuse. You were out all
night and didn't even call
Maxie: I guess I lost track of time.
Georgie: See? I told you.
Mac: Was there alcohol at this party?
Maxie: Yeah.
Mac: Were you drinking? (Maxie doesn't
respond) Don't bother answering that.
Maxie: Look, I'm sorry that I made you
worry.
Mac: You are permanently grounded. You
go to school and come home...no exceptions.
Maxie: OK
Mac: (To Georgie) And you lied for your
sister, straight to my face. The same goes for you.
Maxie: No, Mac this was all my fault. I
made Georgie go along with it.
Mac: Georgie chose to lie, that's her responsibility.
But Maxie staying out all night and drinking, I mean, that's a big deal
Maxie: I know.
Mac: If one of your friends had gotten
behind the wheel of a car after having a few beers, you could've seriously
been hurt or worse.
Maxie: It won't happen again OK?
Mac: You're right. It's going to be a while
before you have any privileges. Look, I've got to get back to the office.
We'll talk more about this later.
Maxie: Ok
(Mac leaves)
Georgie: Are you still drunk?
Maxie: No way.
Georgie: Then why are you so calm? Your
life's pretty much over.
Maxie: It feels like it kind of just began
Georgie: Mac is really mad
Maxie: He'll be over it by prom
Georgie: Prom? (Maxie nods) Maxie...oh my god you did it with Kyle?
(Maxie smiles)
Maxie:
Georgie, it was...I don't know it was so exactly what I wanted it to
be
Georgie:
You wanted to lose your virginity to some guy who dissed you like two
seconds ago?
Maxie: No, Kyle was awesome. I mean he
held my hand and he kissed me really softly
Georgie: And his stupid crew was probably
puking in the next room
Maxie: You're not listening Georgie. Once
we were upstairs together it was like we were the only two people in
the room. Kyle made me feel special. (Knock on the door) You think that's
Kyle?
Georgie: (gets up) I'll get it. (Knocking
continues. Georgie opens the door to find Dillon) Hey.
Dillon: Hi. (Walks in) Is Maxie home? Maxie...
Maxie: We're both grounded for life, so
you're not allowed to be here.
Dillon: So your dad saw the website?
Maxie: What website?
Dillon: The one with you and Kyle having
sex.
(They're
all looking at the website)
Dillon: I was checking out the Port Charles
High School website because I have to register so...
Maxie: This can't be happening.
Dillon: Well anybody who clicks on the
homework icon is going to automatically download that file.
Georgie: Maxie I'm so sorry. (Walks over
to her and puts a hand on her shoulder) It's OK
Dillon: Does Kyle have a computer in his
room?
(Maxie nods)
Georgie: The webcam must've been on. This
is classic Kyle
Dillon: Are you sure he knew about it?
Georgie: Yeah. He probably set the whole
thing up
Maxie: Kyle did not do that.
Georgie: Of course he did that's why he
was all apologetic...
Maxie: Shut up Georgie!
Georgie: Maybe we can get the link off
before anyone sees it
Dillon: Yeah I can help you do that
Maxie: I gotta warn Kyle (starts to leave)
Georgie: (stops her) No you're not going
anywhere. Mac grounded us.
Maxie: You think I care about that? Zach
and his stupid stoner friends did that because Kyle wanted to be with
me last night and not them (leaves)
Georgie: Maxie, wait!
Dillon: Let her go. She'll do what she
wants to do anyway
Georgie: This is not going to help. I mean
how can my sister be so clueless?
Dillon: Yeah well if you ask me I think
you both are (shuts laptop)
(Georgie
zips up Dillon's laptop and pushes it towards him)
Georgie: (avoiding eye contact) So thanks
for letting us know about the link
Dillon: Do you want me to go?
Georgie: (looks up at him) Didn't you just
call me clueless?
Dillon: Well, it's an observation. OK,
cause you're totally coming down on Maxie because she's convincing herself
that Kyle's into her when he's really not right?
Georgie: And this relates to me how?
Dillon: Because you're doing the same thing
with Lucas.
Georgie: (crying) No. Lucas and Kyle are
nothing alike. Look, Lucas is really cool and really smart without coming
down on everyone all the time.
Dillon: Yeah, yeah and he's totally hung
up on your sister. Georgie. Come on.
Georgie: No. No. No Lucas and Maxie are
really, really close.
Dillon: Do you think Lucas wants to be
Maxie's friend? (Georgie looks away) Look at me do you think he wants
to be her friend?
Georgie: Maybe.
Dillon: Maybe? Why? Because he kissed you
last night?
(Georgie looks at him surprised)
Georgie: You saw that?
Dillon: Yeah, yeah I saw that. You know
something else I saw? It wasn't really you Lucas was kissing.
(Mac enters)
Mac: Maxie!
Georgie: She's not here!
Mac: Where is she? (Sees Dillon) You again.
Dillon: Dillon Quartermaine.
Mac: Yeah I remember, Dillon Quartermaine.
Look, Georgie is grounded which means no boys so you should leave. (Dillon
leaves) I have something to discuss with my daughter
Georgie: Look, dad something really, really
bad has happened.
Mac: You know about this website?
Georgie: (Nods) Yeah. So does Maxie
Mac: Where is she?
Georgie: I don't know. She took off to
look for the guy
Mac: You stay right here in this house.
I'm going to go find her (leaves)
